“Magnetic Field Therapy is a method that penetrates the whole human body and can treat every organ without chemical side effects”.

– Wolfgang Ludwig, Sc. Ph.D

Magnetic Field Therapy involves the placing of magnetic devices on or near the body to relieve pain and facilitate healing. This treatment theorises that the magnetic fields produced by magnets can penetrate the human body and affect the functioning of individual cells and improve the working of the nervous system and various organs. How exactly the magnets work to heal, remains somewhat unknown.

Magnetic products available today, come in many forms including taping them to the skin, worn as jewellery, in your shoes, slept on as pillows or mattresses or as large, sophisticated magnetic field generators.

This form of therapy is usually prescribed to relieve pain, such as muscle strain, sprains of the spine, neck or limbs, hip and joint pain, Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis. Other symptoms often healed with Magnetic Field Therapy include bone fractures, bodily infections and stress.

Magnetic Field Therapy is a non-invasive, drug-free form of treatment. Depending on how much pain you are experiencing, you might be advised to keep the magnets in place for as little as five minutes or to wear them for a number of hours every day or over several weeks.
